Scholarships and financial assistance
The Australian Government and Australian Universities provide a large number of scholarships for international students wanting to study in Australia. For example, did you know that certain students from Bangladesh are eligible for scholarships offered by the Australian Government Research and Training Program (AGRTP)? This scholarship covers a student’s tuition fee and health insurance for up to three years. The value of the scholarship is $28,092 per annum made fortnightly. At HBD, we will help you identify such scholarships that you qualify for.
We also help you apply for financial assistance from institutes. Post-COVID, more and more institutes in Australia have made significant commitments to supporting students through hardship funds and welfare support. This support comes in the form of fee deferrals, deferred studies or payments, food and accommodation support and mental health and other medical support. If you’re struggling to meet your living expenses, you can access the welfare support provided by the institutes and other government bodies. At HBD, we will help you understand all the student welfare and financial assistance schemes you are eligible for.
